Welcome to Fylde Liberal Democrats

How many more accidents do there have to be at the junction of St Leonard's Rd & St David's Rd, St. Anne's, before something is done. After the most recent collision between a white Mercedes van and a black car, Liberal Democrat Fylde Borough, and now County Councillor, Howard Henshaw said "We need traffic lights or a roundabout. It has got to be one of the two. I have been insisting on this for a while but as County Councillor I now can, and I will, push much harder. I believe action would have been taken by now if someone had been killed or seriously injured. The County Council need to do it before that happens."

Online Westminster is designed to allow you to directly feed back your views on local issues, current affairs and policy. Anyone can contribute - not just committed LibDems. You can find the site at www.nickclegg.com Nick said "We can make things change if we act together. It's no use wishing things were different. We've got to make it happen. And I will not give up until we do."

For the leadership of the BNP there is no such thing as bad publicity so what we ought to be doing is denying them that oxygen. One must sincerely hope that everyone who is NOT a true BNP supporter will stay a long way away from the New Kimberly Hotel this weekend, and that includes the media. There are much more significant events to become involved with, the start of Veterans Week being one of them.

"I believe that my position as an MP between now and the next election is untenable. "
