Queensway again

The Queensway project covers a ten year time frame. A major point made by the Lib Dems was to ask how secure the financing is over such a long time. We do not question in any way the financial strength & integrity of Kensington Developments but unforeseen events can blow even the best of businesses off course and it is a legitimate question, which was put in front of the Inspector: " what happens if disaster befalls Kensington before the project is finished?"
